AES ALCHEMIA when hands, soul, and metal meet alchemy.
We create unique works in copper and its alloys, guided by ancient oxidation techniques and years of experimentation. Each piece is one of a kind, impossible to repeat. Time does not destroy them—it only deepens their character. These works are eternal.

Our art speaks on many levels. First comes emotion, a direct sensory impression. Then reflection follows, as each viewer discovers their own meaning shaped by personal experience. Oxygen, water, fire, earth, time, and atmosphere are our true collaborators. We consciously reject digital tools—no 3D printing, no robotics.

The core of AES ALCHEMIA is paradox: creation through controlled destruction. We direct corrosion and transformation, allowing decay to give birth to beauty. Sometimes we add engraving—thousands of hand-drawn microlines, each precise and irreversible.

We build universes. AES ALCHEMIA is not only visual— it invites immersion, awakens imagination, and stirs associations. The viewer becomes part of the ritual, even without knowing its secret.

Our Prima Materia is copper. It is the foundation of the Great Work, the Magnum Opus. Chaos is not something to be tamed—it is the beginning of order.
Tincture of Earth
A copper painting, aged by hand using our proprietary technique, polished and passivated. It has no top or bottom—it can be rotated freely, like the Earth itself. Tincture in Latin refers to a change in color or immersion in liquid.
Dissolve and recombine the substance as many times as needed to achieve a perfect symbiosis of spirit and matter. The work evokes earthiness, minerality, the scent of roots, morning storms, wet gardens, salty air, summer haze, bitter leaves, misty smoke, dusty amber, marshy soil, and damp moss.
Aether
A complex, unique texture forms an extraordinary pattern, handcrafted from copper. Careful hand-polishing gives the surface a reflective quality, inviting prolonged exploration as new details emerge. Horizontal lines cutting through the vertical pattern symbolize the vastness of the celestial realm, drawing the viewer beyond the canvas’s boundaries.
Aether, the subtlest element—the fifth element—fills the universe beyond the earthly sphere. The circular form created by the arcs in the artwork hints at the shape of the globe. The spirit of Aether conveys that life is far more than physical existence. In philosophy, Aether fills the void, a celestial substance influencing the material world.
(The piece can be hung in various orientations.)
Trapa Natans (Water Chestnut)
Size 1500 х 600 mm, D 450 mm
A unique, intricate texture crafted entirely by hand. Aged copper is enhanced with hand-engraved details. The pattern on the curved section draws inspiration from inscriptions inside ancient pyramids, blending a visual code of artifact memory with artistic imagination. The circular part depicts water chestnut fruits (commonly called “devil’s nuts” for their bull-like appearance), with an extraordinary structure and form. Hundreds of lines, etched at varying depths, create a glowing, three-dimensional effect. The pattern shifts depending on the viewer’s angle.
Moon Citrinitas
A two-part work forming a unified crescent, crafted from brass and aged using our unique method, with areas resembling jarosite. The piece can be hung in various orientations, much like the phases of the moon reveal different boundaries between light and shadow. Citrinitas, the fourth stage of the alchemical Great Work, translates from Latin as “yellowness,” symbolizing the transformation of silver into gold or the “yellowing of lunar consciousness.”
